Parent / Businessman/Leader – Candidate for Los Gatos/Saratoga Joint Union High School District Board of Trustees
I’m Kyle Aaron Park, a 25 year resident of Los Gatos, active community member, and parent of two school-aged daughters, and am excited about the opportunity to serve as your member of the LGSUHSD Board of Trustees.
I’m the father of two daughters, one that will be going into High School in two years and the other in the next five years. I believe being a current parent and long time resident brings a valuable insight and motivation to this board. None of the incumbent candidates has this. I am qualified for this role having served on the LGS Recreation Board for 20 years, including six years as chair/co-chair. In that role, I have collaborated with Los Gatos/Saratoga town councils and school superintendents in order to continue to bring non-taxpayer supported services to Los Gatos, Monte Sereno, Saratoga and the Mountain Communities. I volunteered and served on a committee for LGSUHSD from 2014 to 2015, exploring options for district facilities. I’ve also volunteered and coached my daughters in the Los Gatos United Soccer League for the Fall Seasons the last 5 years.
